Only the owner of record or a practicing, Illinois-licensed attorney may file an appeal on a given
property, per Rules C-3a, C-3b, C-3c, and C-6c1 of the most recent edition of the
Will County Board of Review Rules and Procedures.
To resolve this issue, one must provide documentation that will clear up such a discrepancy between reported property ownership and County records. The completed documentation must be sent to email@example.com
within ten (10) business days of the date on which the non-acceptance letter or e-mail notice was sent. Failure to comply with this request within that time
